Albert E. Conti Sr., 85 of Riverside, passed away Saturday, Sept. 13, 2014. He was the beloved husband of the late Carolyn L. (Smith) Conti. Born in Hyde Park, Mass., a son of the late Albert and Maria (Estable) Conti, Albert was a salesman for Munroe Dairy and a custodian for Christian Science Church in Providence.
He was the cherished father of Albert E. Conti Jr. (Bonnie) of East Providence, Mary Miller (Bruce) of Exeter, Paul Conti (Lori) of East Providence, Robert Conti (Christine) of Johnston, and James Conti (Luciann) with whom he shared his home. He was one of eleven brothers and sisters. He was the grandfather of fifteen and the great-grandfather of nine.
A funeral for Albert will be held on Thursday, Sept. 18, at 10 a.m. in the Smith-Mason Funeral Home 398 Willett Ave., Riverside. Burial will follow in Olivet Memorial Park, Riverside.
